- If you received an incorrect or faulty product, please contact us by email email@example.com or Call our Customer Service Line 03-4264 0888 within 14 days when shipping parcel is received.
- Cannot exchange faulty or wrong product to New or Another title. Only the same title is allowed.
Cancellation Order / Refund
- There will be no cancellation or refund in (RM) of order if payment has been made and product delivered.

I’ve lost the receipt, Can I get a replacement receipt?
-Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us as much of the below information as much as possible. We will try our best to track your order in our system and reissue / resend a duplicate receipt to your email.
- The date of purchased (e.g: 1-Jan-2019)
- The format of the product (e.g: DVD / Bluray/ 4K UHD)
- The quantity for the transaction (e.g: 1pcs DVD, 1pcs Bluray)
- The Amount for the transaction (e.g RM188.88)
- Delivery Address of the purchased (e.g: 123 Jalan Ampang, 68000 Selangor)
