Do you provide us an invoice or receipt?
We do not provide a physical invoice and therefore, no invoice will be mailed to your billing address nor included in your order. We will send out an e-invoice to your email address being maintained with us. However, a shipping list without showing any amount will be included in your order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Generally we expect store orders to arrive within 7 to 10 days of ordering, however delays can occur if the item is out of stock.
Do I have to pay taxes on goods ordered?
Will I receive a refund if I refuse to accept the shipment when it is delivered to me?
If any customer refuse a package, we will not be responsible for any refund or reshipment of the refused goods.
What if the item received is different from the description on your website?
It is possible for insufficient or typographical errors to occur. If there is any error or missing information in our product information, please contact us for further assistance.
Will my credit card & personal information be secure when purchase at www.speedy.com.my?
Please be assured that www.speedy.com.my takes the necessary security measures to protect your confidential personal information, and we do not release your information to any outside organizations.
What if I need to change my address or suspend delivery of my subscription?
Please write, e-mail, or phone our Customer Service department with your changes at least next day purchased. In your correspondence, include your old address, new address, as well as any special instructions you might have regarding suspending delivery of your subscription.
Do you accept cheques?
We no longer accept cheques as payment.
Do you offer student discount?
Speedy Video do not currently offer student discount.
Are your prices the same in every store?
All full price and promotional items will normally be charged at the same price across all Speedy Video stores. However, you may find that some sale or promotional items sell out quicker in some stores than others, as these items are available on a first come first served basis and while stocks last.
Are sale/promotional items limited?
All sale and promotion items are subject to availability, whilst stocks last. On some occasions, we may limit promotional items to one unit per customer. We may also cancel orders that are placed separately for the same item. This is in the interests of fairness for all of our customers.
What does it mean if an item is limited?
On some occasions, goods can be limited to a small number of copies, so we will limit the number of copies per customer. To give all of our customers a fair opportunity to purchase limited items, any orders placed for multiple copies will be amended to one copy. We may also cancel orders that are placed separately for the same item.
My Blu-ray is faulty, can you help?
If you’re having trouble with your Blu-ray player, or certain discs will not play, we’d recommend checking your player’s firmware, and updating it if necessary. To find out more about firmware updates, please visit the manufacturer’s website.
