Creating an Account

In order to become our member, you would be require to fill-in all your particulars in the allocated spaces and ensure that all details are accurate and true.

 

Note: There is no age limit for membership registration but children under the age of 18 will have to obtain consent from parents/guardians for online purchase. Certain titles may contain contents unsuitable for viewers under certain age so by purchasing those said titles, you confirm that you are of legal age to view the movie(s).

 

We would not hesitate to reject applications and close accounts without prior notice if found that the account to contain false and misleading information. All information will be kept strictly confidential and meant for internal processing. We will not share your personal details with third parties unless with your prior permission. After you have created an account with us, we will send you an e-mail for verification purpose and you are required to click on the link provided to validate your account for security purpose. After that, you can get started!

 

Searching for Items

Search our library of titles using our search and advanced search engine. Just key in your search based on title, categories, media etc and we will bring you closer to your selection. Please be patient, though as your search may take time as our system traverse through our massive collection. If you fail to locate your item in our collection, do contact us in Contact Us and we will try our best to use other means to locate it for you.

 

 

Adding to Cart

Once you have identified your desired item, you may place it in your shopping cart temporarily without making the purchase first.

 

To keep track on your purchases, you shopping cart is strategically limited on the right panel and will show the total amount of payment for your current selection. The shopping cart will only be visible for logged-on account.

 

You may still shop around and look for more favorite items before making your final purchase. Once you have finished making your selection, you could open your shopping cart and make purchases. At this stage, you are allowed to delete item from your shopping cart and similarly, add more items.

 

Once you have confirmed your orders, you may now proceed to making your purchases.

 

Confirming Orders

You would be required to be logged-in before making purchases. Please make sure that all detail of the order(s) is accurate before confirming as we will NOT refund and return your payment wrong order once you confirmed your payment.

 

For security purposes, you will be required to confirm your shipping and billing address and you may update the address(es) if found different than intended.

 

To enter your preferred quantity for each order, please key in the quantity into the column provided. To cancel or delete the order, just enter ‘0’ on the quantity and click ‘Update’. Your order will be automatically deleted from the shopping cart.

Tracking Orders

After making your payment, we would send you an e-mail to confirm your payment receipt and we will start processing your orders.

 

Note: Please provide us seven (7) working days for delivery and we strive to ensure that your order(s) would be delivered on time to your doorstep. All delivery times quoted on the web site are estimates only, based on availability, normal processing and delivery companies.

 

You could track your order status by logging into your account.

Receiving Goods

Your purchased items will be sent to your preferred destination so please ensure that all address details are provided accurately.

 

Please validate proof of receipt and should your delivered item is not sent to you on the stipulated period, fill in the feedback form in Contact Us with subject heading Order not Received and send to hock@speedy.com.my . Please include your name, transaction date and number, shipping address in the form.

 

We will contact you as soon as possible to update you on the latest status.

 

As your items need to be signed and validated, unsigned items in the case of no recipient to provide proof of receipt will be sent to the courier office awaiting further action. You could liaise with the courier officer(s) in-charge to arrange for next delivery or collection of item(s) in their respective collection centre.

 

Failing to collect your items within the stipulated period caused by negligence in your part may cause your orders to be delivered back to us, in which you will have to place your orders with us again.

Logging off Account

To log off from your account, simply click on ‘Log Out’ and you will then exit from all activities in www.speedy.com.my.

 

Note: For security purposes, we recommend that you delete unconfirmed order(s) in your shopping cart every visit as this information will still be stored in your account until removed from the cart.
